Session: How Uber, Hope Solo, and Dirty Harry Can Make You a Safer Flight Department

This 90 minute presentation is directed at the entire flight department and focuses on the interaction of human factors that play a role in achieving and maintaining a safe operation and preventing mishaps. Rather than lecture, the format is a high energy facilitated discussion between the speaker and participants. It uses case studies, real world examples, and underlying psychological theory to promote best practices within the industry (and demonstrate what not to do).
